Velocity Health Group is seeking a Therapist to lead the clinical outcomes of our new Transition Program in Springfield, MO. You will develop treatment plans and conduct individual, family, and group counseling, while ensuring high-quality care and collaboration with the treatment team.

You will work in a residential setting with adolescents, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in on-call or crisis support as needed.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Missouri licensure (PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with children/adolescents in behavioral health, residential, or school settings preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and crisis intervention training (e.g., CPI, TCI) required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Background checks as required by law/licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in clinical case reviews, team meetings, and treatment planning conferences.
• Complete clinical documentation timely and accurately, ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Respond to crises with de-escalation strategies and provide therapeutic support.
• Collaborate with school staff, psychiatrists, and family to coordinate care and treatment planning.
