Job summary

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health seeks a Licensed Group Leader to serve as the clinical lead for daily school-based day treatment at Talawanda Middle School. You will plan, facilitate, and bill services in a structured, trauma-informed setting, using evidence-based group therapy and crisis management strategies.

You will collaborate with families and school personnel, contribute to individualized treatment planning, and lead a team to ensure safety, engagement, and growth for middle

Qualifications

• Active professional licensure in Ohio (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, IMFT).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical day treatment services, plan and document, and bill daily services.
• Foster trauma-informed group environment and safety.
• Collaborate with families and school personnel; participate in supervision and case conferences.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and crisis strategies.
• Maintain timely, clinically appropriate documentation.
