Job summary

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Group Leader to serve as the clinical lead for daily school-based day treatment services at Mt. Healthy South Elementary.

You will plan, facilitate, and bill day treatment services in a structured, trauma-informed environment while collaborating with families and school staff. The role requires Ohio licensure and a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), with experience in school/mental health settings.

Qualifications

• Active professional licensure in the State of Ohio (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, IMFT).
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in office, school, and mental health treatment settings.
• Proficiency in documenting and billing daily day treatment services.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and direct client services, planning and facilitating daily day treatment.
• Foster a structured, trauma-informed group environment for safety and growth.
• Communicate with clients, families, and school personnel.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans and crisis strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing.
