Qualifikationen

• Active professional licensure in Ohio (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, MFT, IMFT).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience implementing behavior modification strategies as trained.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Plan, facilitate, document, and bill daily day treatment services.
• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients.
• Create a structured therapeutic group environment that promotes engagement and growth.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and crisis management strategies.
• Apply behavior modification strategies as trained.
• Use CPI and de-escalation techniques during crisis situations.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to determine appropriate levels of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, school personnel, and treatment teams.
• Participate in supervision, case consultations, and weekly treatment team meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with schools and guardians.
• Use trauma-informed, strength-based communication strategies.
• Support recruitment of new group members.
• Contribute to coordinated care and shared program goals.
