Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Clinical Lead Nurse in Ohio for a night shift (7 PM–7:30 AM) to lead care delivery, coordinate the clinical team and ensure patient goals are met. A current Ohio RN license is required and BSN is preferred or pursued within 3 years.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, problem solving, and teamwork with physicians, patients, families and an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Formación

• The applicant must hold a current RN license in Ohio; BSN is preferred or must be obtained within 3 years.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Ability to analyze clinical, financial and social situations and identify alternatives.
• Flexible, resourceful, and creative in problem solving; able to guide a health care team.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a clinical leader to ensure quality, coordinated care and attainment of clinical goals.
• Lead clinical resource management, patient throughput, quality and safety, and patient experience.
• Support bedside nurses to progress patients to the next level of care.
