The Clinical Lead, specializing in Rehabilitation, will provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services to patients. Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, reassessment, revision, patient reevaluation, discharge planning, and documentation. The role involves providing leadership and guidance to the Rehab Department staff, demonstrating appropriate clinical knowledge and techniques to deliver quality care to the designated patient population.

Primary Duties:

1. Oversee daily rehab operations, assist with staffing, and ensure efficient patient scheduling.
2. Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
3. Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, maintaining compliance with standards.
4. Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff, supporting professional growth.
5. Uphold departmental policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements while tracking key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in the specific discipline (required).
2. Master's Degree from an accredited program in the specific discipline (preferred).
3. Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in the specific discipline (preferred).
4. 1-2 years of clinical experience (required).

This position has a hiring range of $87,318 - $157,289.
