With 16 pelvic floor therapists on site, you will have multiple opportunities to mentor with an experienced pelvic floor team!

We are searching for a Pelvic Health Therapist in Annapolis, MD, and offer up to a $5000 sign-on bonus! (Training and reimbursement for your first 2 Herman & Wallace and/or Pelvic Health APTA courses included!)

The Pelvic Health Program at Fitness Forum Physical Therapy

• Specialized in pelvic health for over 25 years.
• Join a team of 16 pelvic health therapists.
• Participate in a monthly pelvic floor journal club.
• Mentorship with a pelvic health specialist with over 30 years of experience.

Education and Experience:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist by the Maryland state Board or part of the PT compact program. (Required)
• Graduate of an accredited university with at least a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy (recognized by APTA). (Required)
• Graduate of an accredited university with at least a Master's in Occupational Therapy (recognized by AOTA). (Required)
• Basic Life Support CPR Certification (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
