Job summary

Camilo Riano Orthodontics in San Francisco, CA is hiring a Full-time Clinical Lead, a Lead Registered Dental Assistant who will run the clinic and support the doctor with patient care.

You will train clinical staff, monitor OSHA compliance, manage digital patient flow, and communicate treatment progress to patients, parents, and referral doctors.

Qualifications

Join our dynamic team as a Full-time Clinical Lead. We are a patient-centre practice, focusing on team players interested in learning and continually improving the experience for our patients. Camilo Riaño Orthodontics’ mission is to create beautiful smiles using a variety of modern treatment modalities like Invisalign and hidden lingual braces. We seek a dynamic and energetic Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our patient-centred practice.

Our Clinical Lead plays a vital role within Camilo Riaño Orthodontics whose role is to run the clinic and digital patient flow smoothly and efficiently, assist the doctor with patient care, while maintaining the responsibilities and tasks of a clinical assistant. Lead also expected to train clinical staff, monitor Osha regulations, handle clinical issues that arise and communicate them with the doctor, patients, parents, and referral doctors about treatment progress supporting the monitoring of patient treatment accordingly.

Pay

• $28 - $40 per hour

Hourly salary is determined by experience.

Generous group bonus system.

Beginning salary range for this position is [$28-$38].

Shift & Schedule

• Monday to Friday

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00‑5:00

Wednesday 9:00 - 6:00

Friday 7:00 - 4:00

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week

Schedule:8 hour shift

Requirements

• License & Certification: Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
• Registered Dental Assistant or Dental Assistant with Orthodontics Experience

What You Will Bring
