Job summary

RADIAS Health is seeking a Clinical Lead Mental Health Practitioner to oversee a group home within the RSS program. You will provide clinical direction, coordinate client care, and ensure treatment plans and crisis plans are up to date.

You will lead weekly staff meetings, supervise staff, and collaborate with the program team, nurses, and external professionals to support adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in human services and relevant full-time work experience.
• Must have car, auto insurance and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care and quarterly case conferences with the care team.
• Develop and review service and emergency plans.
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange transportation.
• Assist with licensing and audits and incident reporting.
• Lead staff meetings and supervise house staff.
