Job summary

RADIAS Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Director of Residential Services to provide strategic clinical leadership across IRTS and Crisis programs. The role ensures high-quality services, regulatory compliance, program development, and strong leadership of Program Directors.

Responsibilities include budgeting, training, and cross-agency collaboration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in behavioral health, a Master’s degree in a related field, and licensure as a Mental Health

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Professional in Minnesota.
• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 4,000 hours of work experience providing services to mentally ill persons.
• Minimum of 4,000 hours of experience in administration or supervision.
• 5+ years progressively responsible leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, housing, human services or related setting.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, financial information, and quality measures to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and programming for RADIAS Health Residential Services IRTS and Crisis programs.
• Oversee treatment programming including groups, activities, and treatment planning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards.
• Lead program growth, innovation, and community expansion initiatives.
• Manage and monitor program budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency and revenue growth.
• Supervise and develop Program Directors and ensure timely training and documentation.
• Oversee training delivery and partnerships with Learning and Development.
