Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the mental health field.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensed eligible for Master's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Assure program compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Lead the team to ensure the treatment schedule meets patient needs.
• Organize and participate in quality evaluation of patient care.
• Oversee daily interdisciplinary team meetings and communications.
• Define and implement program goals with Clinical Director.
• Ensure delivery of all patient services.
• Participate in hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff.
• Monitor staffing and provide improvement plans.
• Provide clinical leadership across hospital committees.
• Liaise with payors, referral sources, and families.
• Maintain timely notes and comprehensive treatment plans.
