Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Clinical Lead to drive early clinical development across ECET, TMU, CPS and related units. You will translate preclinical work into scalable clinical plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure robust safety assessment and data interpretation for rapid PoC milestones.

The role requires an MD or equivalent with experience in early-phase trials, strong communication, and the ability to work in a global biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• M.D. or equivalent and residency training required.
• Experience designing and executing phase 1/2 early development trials.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design early development plans and ECET-related clinical strategies.
• Oversee First-In-Human studies and dose selection decisions.
• Monitor safety, interpret results, and prepare regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Present data at internal and external meetings.
• Ensure timely study follow-up and milestone achievement.
• Serve as expert consultant across TMU/CPS/ECET.
