About The Role

Soar Therapy and Integrated Wellness is hiring a Resident in Counseling to join our growing outpatient clinic in Northern Virginia.

We are a trauma-focused, somatic-oriented practice serving adolescents (13+) and adults who are ready to engage in meaningful therapeutic work. Our clinical culture centers on emotional regulation, depth therapy, and long-term change. We are intentional about both the clients we serve and the clinicians we bring into our team.

Role Details

This is a full-time W2 position averaging 26 completed sessions per week, with clinicians working three in-office days to support both clinic needs and personal structure.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in person, 10‑6 or 11‑7

Clinical Support & Development: This role includes a strong level of clinical and professional support.
