Responsibilities

• Provide case management supervision to staff and support timely discharge
• Lead on risk assessment, safeguarding and clinical decision making
• Develop and maintain effective clinical pathways between CAMHS and partner services
• Lead on clinical governance, audit and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and guidance on complex cases and incident debriefs
• Ensure high-quality care and up-to-date integrated care records for patients
