You will formulate treatment plans, assess risk, and monitor outcomes in line with safeguarding policies and local transformation plans.

• Excellent assessment skills and the ability to formulate clinical decisions and management plans.

• Assess and formulate treatment plans for young people in CAMHS.
• Provide ongoing evidence-based interventions and monitor outcomes.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver care and manage risk.
• Communicate effectively with service users, families and partners across education and children’s services.
