Job summary

We Do Life…Together is seeking a Clinical Assistant to ensure residents receive premium clinical services, reporting directly to the Lead Clinician. This full-time role is based at our Naugatuck office with time spent at the residential facilities in the Waterbury area.

Salary commensurate with experience and credentials. The position requires two evening shifts per week and two weekend days per month, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Three years of human service experience preferred.
• Experience with DDS systems preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional behavioral assessments and PBS plans.
• Audit clinical documentation to ensure programs run on schedule.
• Provide clinical/behavioral support to programs.
• Support clinical team with staff trainings and meetings.
• Participate in IP meetings, IDT meetings, and licensing reviews as needed.
