Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a human services field.
• Active Connecticut licensure as LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LADC.
• At least four years of behavioral health experience; residential background preferred.
• Trauma-informed care experience preferred.
• Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders; criminal justice population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client caseload and provide assessments, individual and group therapy.
• Recruit and supervise residential staff; provide training and supervision.
• Coordinate activities of clinical staff to meet service needs.
• Manage a 50/50 split between direct care and administrative duties.
• Ensure insurance renewals are handled promptly and assist billing as needed.
• Input treatment planning and discharge documentation in the EHR.
