We are seeking a Clinical Assistant to ensure that the individuals served receive premium clinical services from the agencies programs, while reporting directly to the Lead Clinician. This position is a full-time, 40-hour position which requires two evening shifts per week and two weekend day per month. This position is located at our Naugatuck office and time is also spent at the residential facilities in the Waterbury area. Salary commensurate with experience and credentials.
Assignments may shift day to day based on the needs of the individuals served and the operational needs of the Clinical Department. The ability to adapt quickly, change work hours, prioritize competing responsibilities, and respond effectively to changing circumstances is essential. You will work closely with the clinical team to coordinate services, ensure regulatory compliance, support staff development, and promote positive outcomes for the individuals served. This position requires flexibility, sound judgment, and the ability to respond to emergencies, staffing needs, and housing-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
