Job summary

We Do Life…Together is seeking a Clinical Assistant to ensure premium clinical services across agency programs, reporting to the Lead Clinician. This full-time role requires two evening shifts weekly and two weekend days per month, located at the Naugatuck office and residential facilities in the Waterbury area.

Qualifications

• Commitment to person-centered services.
• Leadership experience in similar settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of DDS and IHS.
• Entitlement and financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing functional behavioral assessments and PBS plans.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly clinical audits and review documentation.
• Provide clinical/behavioral support across programs as needed.
• Represent the clinical team at IP/IDT meetings and during licensing reviews.
• Train staff on clinical programs and documentation.
