Job summary

Magical Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve in a clinical leadership role as a Clinical Support Specialist. The role includes supervising BCBAs, supporting onboarding, and ensuring high-quality ABA services across the region.

You will maintain a clinical caseload while mentoring staff, collaborating with state-based leadership, and promoting best practices in clinical operations. Strong organizational skills and ethical practice are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have maintained BCBA certification for a minimum of 2 years.
• Experience independently managing a full caseload and delivering ABA services.
• Proven history of meeting clinical, documentation, and quality assurance expectations.
• Ability to supervise RBTs/BTs and provide clinical feedback and mentorship.
• In good standing with the BACB and adherence to ethical standards & payer requirements.
• Strong organization, time-management, collaboration, and bidirectional feedback.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBAs: weekly check-ins with near-term BCBAs; biweekly with more senior BCBA staff; provide case support and KPI guidance.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing supervision of BCBA supervisees; review assessments and treatment plans.
• Assist BCBAs with case management, insurance navigation, and Start of Services fidelity checks.
• Carry out BCBA onboarding sessions and participate in regular leadership meetings to drive clinical initiatives.
• Maintain caseload of multiple clients, supervise BT/RBTs, and cover for others when needed.
• Lead and participate in team reviews of clinical operations and KPIs.
