Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to guide and grow our ABA programs focused on clinical quality and client experience. You'll oversee fidelity, mentor Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists, and ensure compliant documentation across virtual and in-person services.

The role blends clinical expertise with strategic oversight, offering ongoing CEU support, leadership development, and collaboration with regional and executive teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related discipline.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Minimum two years of professional ABA experience.
• Strong communication and clinical leadership skills.
• Ability to travel within service areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure fidelity of ABA programs (virtual and in person).
• Coach Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and Behavior Specialists.
• Complete and review treatment plans, progress reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and payer standards.
• Lead trainings and clinical development initiatives.
• Partner with Regional Directors and Operations teams on quality and compliance.
