Magical Moments ABA seeks a seasoned BCBA to lead clinically as a Clinical Support Specialist. The role combines direct supervision, caseload management, and program-level quality initiatives across assigned service areas.

As a BCBA and clinical leader, you will mentor BCBAs, support case management, and promote adherence to best practices and payer requirements while collaborating with state-based leadership to sustain clinical excellence.

Qualificações

• Must hold BCBA certification and have maintained it for a minimum of 2 years.
• Experience independently managing a full caseload and delivering high-quality ABA services.
• Demonstrated history of meeting clinical, documentation, and quality assurance expectations.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and providing clinical feedback, mentorship, and support.
• In good standing with the BACB and adherence to ethical standards and payer requirements.
• Strong organization, time management, collaboration, and bidirectional feedback skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise BCBAs with weekly and biweekly reviews to support KPI achievement.
• Provide BCBA supervision and in-person monitoring of BCBAs and RBTs.
• Assist with initial and reassessments in person or remotely within drive time.
• Lead onboarding sessions for BCBA supervisees and contribute to continuous clinical improvements.
• Participate in weekly 1:1s with supervisor to review clinical operations initiatives.
• Manage a caseload of at least 2 clients while supporting other BCBAs as needed.
• Coordinate Start of Services Fidelity Checks and treatment plan reviews.
