Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in laboratory science or medical technology required.
• No experience required.
• Must possess MLT (ASCP) or MLT(ASCP)cm or MLT (AMT) certification, or DD214 military lab training certificate with MLT certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct or support laboratory testing to aid diagnosis and treatment.
• Ensure proficiency and accuracy in all laboratory testing tasks.
• Follow policies and SOPs and escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Operate laboratory instrumentation and maintain equipment.
• Support quality control/quality management and inventory control.
• Maintain safe, compliant work environment and participate in continuing education.
