Qualifications

• Associates degree in ASCP eligible program or equivalent required.
• Experience with routine and complex laboratory analyses preferred.
• Ability to maintain quality and accuracy in a fast-paced clinical lab.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and highly complex laboratory analyses on clinical specimens under supervision.
• Operate, calibrate, check and maintain instrumentation.
• Participate in programs to stay updated with technologies and best practices.
• May collect and process patient specimens within policies and timelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize supplies for efficient lab operations.
• Mentor MT/MLT, phlebotomy, and lab processor students and new employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
