Job summary

Evolution Research Group in the United States seeks a Laboratory Technician to support document management, protocol assessments, laboratory functions, and assist Clinical Research Coordinators in conducting trials. The role operates under GCP, ICH, HIPAA, and company SOPs to maintain accurate, confidential participant records.

Under supervision, you will perform phlebotomy, vital sign measurements, ECGs, collect participant histories, and complete safety assessments while coordinating with site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as Medical Assistant or CNA.
• Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Study Manager).

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service with subjects, staff, and sponsors/CROs.
• Perform clinical skills including phlebotomy, vital signs, and ECGs.
• Collect demographic, medical, and medication history.
• Complete safety assessments.
• Collaborate with Director of Clinical Operations, CRCs, Sub-Investigator, and PI.
• Enter data for multiple EDC platforms and resolve queries.
