Job summary

Evolution Research Group (ERG) is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support the conduct of clinical trials by overseeing the care of subjects housed on unit. You will assist with sample collection, venipuncture, ECGs, tube labeling, and processing under GCP/ICH and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities include safety checks, specimen handling, lab procedures, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment while collaborating with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required.
• Phlebotomy certification (national) preferred.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Able to communicate with providers, co-workers, and others in a collaborative and courteous manner.
• Knowledgeable in medical terminology to communicate with physician office and staff.
• Able to initiate or modify behavior to achieve outcomes amidst changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular safety and status checks on clinical trial subjects housed on unit as determined by physician orders.
