Job summary

Evolution Research Group seeks an Assistant Coordinator to support clinical research studies across CNS and other therapeutic areas. You will assist with data collection, patient coordination, and adherence to study protocols, ensuring procedures are properly staffed and documented.

Primary duties include venipuncture, vital signs, ECGs, and informed consent administration, with a focus on quality data and participant safety in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Maintains current licensure, registration and/or certification.
• Maintains current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Keeps apprised of CPMI policy and HIPAA/compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor study data collection following plan of care and guidelines.
• Assist Clinical Research Coordinators and act as liaison with clinical departments.
• Perform venipuncture, vital signs, ECG and other assessments.
• Discuss and administer Informed Consent Form per protocol.
• Ensure study areas are stocked with supplies and equipment.
