Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MLS with a one-year clinical internship.
• MLS/MLT certification is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to waived testing per CLIA guidelines.
• Follow specimen handling, analysis, and result reporting procedures.
• Maintain quality control and instrument calibration records.
• Identify issues impacting test performance and notify management.
• Adhere to corrective action policies for out-of-spec results.
• Document all corrective actions for test deviations.
