Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology (CLIA high complexity testing).
• Bachelor’s degree in another field (Required) and an Associate’s degree in clinical laboratory science with ASCP or equivalent (Required).
• Entry-level position with less than 1 year experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory policies, safety practices and instrument operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical laboratory testing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Conduct quality control assessments and report results per policy.
• Document all laboratory activities according to procedures.
• Demonstrate competency and participate in ongoing professional development.
