Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Certification options: MLS/MT Generalist or ASCP/AMT categories.
• Foreign education may be credited via evaluation or ASCP/AMT letter.
• VA qualification standards and grandfathering provisions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CLS Regional Technical Specialist, QM advising management on specialized testing.
• Provide consultative services to improve testing quality and compliance.
• Coordinate quality management activities and QA across the laboratory.
• Support implementation of regulatory and accreditation standards.
