Job summary

Oklahoma City VA Health Care System is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to perform complex diagnostic testing across multiple specialties under the Pathology and Laboratory Service. You will help ensure quality control and support patient care within a federal healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Generalist certification as MLS by ASCP BOC or AMT; or Generalist certification as MT by ASCP BOR or AMT.
• Non-certified applicants may be hired at entry level (GS-7) and work toward certification.
• Foreign education must be evaluated for equivalency or certification eligibility.
• English language proficiency as required by VA standards.
