Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• ASCP/NAACLS-accredited Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science program or equivalent certification.
• Clinical laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage specimen handling, identification, and accessioning procedures.
• Perform instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Replenish supplies and follow established reporting protocols.
• Access multiple computer applications and assist in training new staff.
• Participate in educational activities and maintain current knowledge in laboratory sciences.
