You will work within a multidisciplinary environment, handling calibration, QC, specimen handling, and coordination with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
• MLS/AMT/ASCP certification within 1 year.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a clinical lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of laboratory instrumentation and supply inventory.
• Initiate corrective actions and prioritize workflow for efficient testing.
• Perform basic to complex clinical laboratory tests per procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate lab data clearly to departments and healthcare providers in a timely manner.
• Assess test results for validity and take appropriate corrective actions as needed.
• Obtain patient samples using proper collection, handling, and storage guidelines.
• Organize workload to optimize turnaround times and assist with staff training.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as directed by management.
