Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: Associate’s degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific field.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (required).
• Clinical laboratory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures.
• Prepare reagents and accurately report results per established policies.
• Perform and oversee moderate‑ to high‑complexity laboratory testing.
• Maintain laboratory computer applications and documentation.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Assist with training, orientation, and competency assessments of laboratory personnel.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Support workflow, communication, and collaboration within the laboratory team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Associate’s degree in Medical Technology or related field

Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
