Role Overview

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II , you will be responsible for performing diagnostic testing and quality control procedures while maintaining accuracy and compliance with all policies and regulatory standards. You will support moderate‑to‑high‑complexity testing, prepare reagents, maintain laboratory systems and equipment, assist with training new personnel, and ensure high‑quality results that support patient care.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Certification & Licensure – Required

• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

Experience

• Clinical laboratory experience required
