Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist II in Westfield, IN. The role requires performing moderate to high complexity testing, with independent judgment and adherence to SOPs. You will support QC, troubleshoot instrument issues, and maintain accurate patient records.

The position includes a Monday–Friday day schedule with varying shifts and a pay range of $26.97+ per hour. It may include a bonus eligibility based on performance and departmental needs.

Qualifications

• Must have BS/BA in Medical Technology, Chemistry or Biology or AAS in Laboratory Science/Medical Technology.
• ASCP certification is preferred.
• Proven ability to perform moderate/high complexity testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform test procedures of moderate/high complexity with independent judgement.
• Provide QC support, troubleshoot problems, and assist with instrument maintenance.
• Perform and report analytical tests per SOPs ensuring quality control requirements are met.
• Maintain patient results records and proper laboratory safety and compliance.
