Qualifications

• Associate degree in a laboratory science or equivalent laboratory training and experience; minimum 60 semester hours with specified chemistry/biology coursework.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to perform essential lab duties with or without accommodation.
• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal laboratory regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests and analyses per SOPs.
• Document quality control procedures and maintain equipment.
• Prepare reagents and maintain daily operations inventory.
• Mentor new staff on procedures as needed.
• Meet productivity and turnaround-time expectations.
• Ability to work overtime and lift up to 40 pounds.
