Job summary

You will collaborate with colleagues, mentor staff, manage daily test processing, and uphold safety and quality policies as you participate in ongoing education and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a laboratory science or equivalent training.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal laboratory regulations.
• Ability to perform essential and complex lab duties per SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests per SOPs.
• Document quality control procedures and maintain QA records.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Prepare reagents and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
• Collaborate with team and mentor new personnel as needed.
• Maintain safety, data security, and patient confidentiality.
• Meet productivity targets and adapt to changing workflow.
