Qualifications

• Associate degree in laboratory science or equivalent training.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laboratory regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests according to SOPs.
• Document quality control procedures and maintain QA/QC records.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Prepare reagents for testing.
• Mentor new staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory of lab supplies.
• Assist with validation of new equipment and procedures.
• Ensure safety and data integrity while delivering accurate test results.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers; work as a team.
• Adhere to the company Quality Management System.
