Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a laboratory science field as required.
• Bachelor-level credentials in clinical lab science or medical technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests and analyses per SOPs.
• Document quality control procedures and maintain equipment.
• Prepare reagents and ensure inventory for daily operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot test performance issues and QA concerns.
• Mentor new staff on procedures and maintain timely communication with team.
• Support quality assurance, inspections, and continuous education.
