Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical tasks: equipment checks, inventory, specimen collection and processing.
• Carry out post-analytical activities: report results and provide support.
• Complete tests and procedures per SOPs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in proficiency testing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor staff and trainees; guide education and resolve issues per guidelines.
• Ensure safety, PPE use, and hazardous waste management; compliance training.
• Contribute to quality improvement and data collection for projects.
• Assist in workflow planning and education of clinical staff as needed.
