Job summary

National Blood Testing Partners is seeking a Laboratory Scientist to perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests with strict adherence to industry and manufacturer guidelines. The role requires handling blood-related procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accurate reporting of results.

Qualifications

• Experience performing high complexity laboratory tests.
• Intermediate troubleshooting on trained testing platforms.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain records in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records.
• Knowledge of FDA, CLIA, and CMA standards and related guidelines.
• Knowledge of laboratory processes, inventory requirements, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs all laboratory tests necessary for diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Reports results accurately substantiated by appropriate controls.
• Performs and demonstrates proficiency in routine procedures for all areas of the laboratory.
