Job summary

Think Whole Person Healthcare is seeking a Medical Technologist to support the Laboratory department and deliver accurate test results to inform patient care.

The role requires processing specimens, performing routine tests, and ensuring quality control while adhering to HIPAA and lab procedures. The position offers full-time hours with weekday day shifts and training flexibility during the initial weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related science with internship.
• MLS or MLT certification required.
• At least 1 year in clinical or hospital lab with EHR use.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain stability of patient specimens and perform ordered labs.
• Follow CLIA moderate complexity and waived test procedures.
• Maintain records of patient test results and quality control.
