Job summary

Main Line Health's Paoli Hospital is hiring a Clinical Lab Scientist to perform a variety of complex tests and support patient care. The CLS will handle specimen processing, run tests, and report results with accuracy, while communicating clearly with the care team.

You will join a team focused on quality and collaboration. A Bachelor’s degree in MLT or related field is required, with ASCP (MLT) or equivalent certification preferred, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have skills to perform procedures in the laboratory procedure manual, including specimen processing, test performance and reporting test results.
• Demonstrated communication, organization, and prioritization skills required.
• Previous laboratory computer system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of complex testing to help detect, diagnose, and treat disease.
• Operate and troubleshoot routine and specialized lab instrumentation.
• Report accurate results in a timely manner according to SOPs.

Day Shift- Stat Lab- 36 hours/week-

Shift

10:30am-7pm, weekends/holidays per business need

Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or related field

Licensures/Certifications
