CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a Manager, Clinical Services Laboratory to oversee daily lab operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and provide clinical interpretation of test results. The role leads chemistry oversight, staffing and process improvements in a 8-hour shift structure.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in clinical laboratory science, 5+ years in laboratory management, and relevant licenses; Master/PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science required.
• CLS License (CDPH/ASCP) required.
• Current Los Angeles County Fire Card within 30 days of hire.
• Assault Response Competency (ARC) required within 30 days of hire.
• 5+ years of Laboratory Administrative/Management experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of all lab departments and shifts.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical interpretation of test results.
• Maintain staffing, inventory and department performance.
• Collaborate with quality and CLIA Lab Med Director on policies.
