Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a scientific field; CLIA requirements met.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory clinical laboratory experience.
• Experience with general accounting, statistics, and financial operations.
• Quality control and quality tools management training preferred.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification preferred; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management of the clinical laboratory and departments.
• Provide operational guidance to local site management.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, TJC and other regs.
• Meet with Corporate Laboratory Operations Leadership on policies and equipment.
• Drive KPI achievement in finance, quality, and service.
