Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and be proficient with Windows applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Performs and interprets routine and specialized lab testing within established time frames.
• Maintains quality control and instrument maintenance, with appropriate documentation.
• Adheres to regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards; ensures safety and compliance.
• Supports performance improvement, data collection and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Exhibits professional communication with patients and care teams; protects privacy and confidentiality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
