Responsibilities

• Performs and verifies laboratory tests per procedures.
• Maintains quality control and proficiency testing as assigned.
• Maintains equipment, reagents, supplies and documentation.
• Follows institutional policies and maintains a clean, orderly work environment.
• Directs, reviews, and verifies work of other staff as assigned.
• May supervise in absence of supervisor per NYSDOH rules.
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
