Job summary

Revvity Omics in Pittsburgh seeks a Clinical Lab Technologist to perform clinical laboratory tests and analyses contributing to disease diagnosis and prevention. You will prepare specimens, run tests, maintain records, and ensure quality control in a regulated lab environment.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a life or physical science and at least one year of clinical laboratory experience. Occasional shift variations and weekend coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares specimens for analysis and organizes tests to be performed.
• Performs clinical testing according to SOPs, handling, processing, and analyzing specimens.
• Accesses PHI per policies and federal regulations.
• Prepares and labels reagents for testing.
• Maintains laboratory records and proper instrument calibration data.
• Ensures quality control and documents all QC activities.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and follows safety procedures.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in life or physical science (chemistry, biology, molecular biology, or medical technology)
