Hematology-Oncology Associates of the Treasure Coast is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to support Hematology/Oncology testing across the Treasure Coast group practice. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related life science is required.
• 2–5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Active Florida Medical Laboratory Technologist license required.
• Experience with LIS and automated instrumentation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Knowledge of data privacy standards and healthcare regulations.
• Flexibility to accommodate workflow demands and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, immunology, and urinalysis.
• Ensure accuracy, precision, and timely reporting of laboratory results.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and analyzers.
• Adhere to quality control/assurance protocols; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter, verify, and release results within the laboratory information system.
• Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, and state requirements.
